At Cave Cannabis, we strive to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and are handled with care from the moment you place them.

Order Processing and Cut-Off Time

Our order cut-off time is 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Our standard handling time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays. During peak shopping periods such as holiday seasons or major sales, processing times may take slightly longer.

Transit and Delivery Times

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 7 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday) for all destinations within the United States. This means the total estimated delivery time, including handling, is 8 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are based on average estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping Cost

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 on all orders, regardless of size or quantity, shipped anywhere within the United States.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@cavecannabis.shop. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, followed by a separate shipping confirmation email within 1–2 business days. This will include your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you experience issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. In rare cases, tracking may not update, yet the package is still in transit and will arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Signature Requirements and Safe Delivery

Most packages are left at the mailbox or doorstep, but the delivery courier may decide to hold your package at a local post office or reattempt delivery if they believe it’s unsafe to leave unattended. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping and billing details are accurate at checkout. Providing incorrect or incomplete information may delay processing by 1–2 business days and could result in additional delivery delays.

Delays and Responsibility After Dispatch

Once your order leaves our facility, Cave Cannabis is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by the courier. Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and contacting the courier directly if any delivery issues arise. We will assist in recovery efforts where possible, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued until the item is returned to us or confirmed as being returned.
