Return and Refund Policy

At Cave Cannabis, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Please note: Personalized or custom-made products are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes, if you are within our 30-day return window, you may return your eligible order for a refund. Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

We also accept exchanges within the same 30-day period, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to customer preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must arrange their own return label.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return shipping label.

How to Return Your Order

If you are within our return policy, you will need the following to send your item back:

  • The items you are returning in original condition with tags attached.
  • Your full name, billing and shipping address, and phone number
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return.
  • Keep the tracking number for your records until your refund is processed.
Tracking and Status of Your Return

You can track your return package using the tracking number on your label.

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not yet received your refund, please contact our Customer Care team at info@cavecannabis.shop so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact our Customer Care team at info@cavecannabis.shop.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
In-Store Returns

At this time, Cave Cannabis operates exclusively online. Orders cannot be returned in person to a physical store. All returns must be processed through online.
